Steps
in Applying for Admission
1) Complete the Application
for Admission Forms (click the link to view and print
the application - must have the Adobe Acrobat Reader
installed [free
download here])
2) Arrange for reference forms to be filled out and submitted
by a high school teacher or counselor (Form A*) and a Pastor (Form B**).
It would be appropriate to provide a pre-addressed, and stamped
envelope to those who will be mailing reference forms.
* Form A is to be completed by someone who can accurately describe
your academic and social abilities. If this is not possible, please
have the form completed by an employer or friend.
** Form B is to be completed by your Pastor. If your pastor is
you father or a relative, then another Pastor who knows you well
is required. This person is to comment especially on your character
and spiritual abilities.
3) Arrange to have official high school and any other official transcripts
sent to the Registrar's Office. If you will be enrolled in courses
when applying, please forward interim grades from your Grade 12
year.
4) Make sure to include a recent photograph of yourself.
5) An application fee of $50 CDN ($75 for late applications and
$100 for IBOLT applications) must be included at the time of
application in order for your application to be considered. This
fee
is
non-refundable.
6) International students from non-English speaking countries must
submit the results of a Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL)
with their application or IELTS scores. For more information on applying as an international student please visit our international students section.
7) Acknowledgement of your Application for Admission will be made
shortly after receipt of your completed application form.

When all of your application materials have been received by the Registrar's Office they are reviewed by the Admissions Committee, and a decision is made regarding your acceptance. You will be notified of that decision and if you are accepted, you will be sent further information regarding your schooling.
The time frame for the application process will vary depending upon your promptness in supplying transcripts, references, and medical reports.
