The cost of education at Vanguard College is kept at the lowest possible level so that all qualified individuals may have the opportunity to attend. Students pay only a portion of the entire cost of their education. The College is subsidized by churches of the constituency and the District Office under which the College functions, as well as by private donations.

Whether you need help writing your first cheque, or budgeting your limited student resources, the student finance office is always here to help. We can provide cost estimates, free budgeting resources, loan repayment resources and much more. If your questions are not answered here, you can always email our student finance administrator.

For more detailed fee information, or the exact costs relating to your program, please view the appropriate section of the College Catalogue.

Please note that Vanguard College reserves the right to change/amend fees without notice. All costs are in Canadian dollars.

Payment for each term’s tuition and fees is due in full no later than 7 days after the first day of class (the 22nd of the month for online courses) unless students make alternative arrangements with the Student Finance Administrator.

Payment follows course registration. Once you have been registered in your courses you can see your course(s) invoice in your Populi student account. You can pay the invoice directly through Populi or if you prefer, call in over the phone or bring your payment to campus.

If you are using Student Loans, a Notice of Assessment must be received by the payment deadline provided you have been in communication with the Student Finance Administrator.
